Naga-Waukee Park is open year round from sunrise to 10 p.m.

Beach Hours:
Naga-Waukee Beach is open June through August.
Weekdays the beach is open from 11 a.m. to 7 p.m.
Weekends and holidays the beach is open from 10 a.m. to 7 p.m.

Just wondering if the beach is open for public swimming this year? On the website it listed only the 2011 water quality and listed the beach as closed all season. But I could not find info for recent 2012 testing or if the beach was open for swimming – only hours you can swim. Please advise as we are planning a Monday outing and would hate to get there and not be able to swim. Thank you,
