The Fairest of the Fair will be announced on Wednesday, July 20th at 6pm when the fair begins, and the winner receives a scholarship at the conclusion of her reign.
The “Fairest of the Fair” is judged on her knowledge of and overall experience with the Waukesha County Fair. Other considerations include her communication skills, community and school involvement, and personality. Her responsibilities at the Fair include welcoming the fair goers, announcing special events, introducing bands, and awarding ribbons for contests.
The Fairest of the Fair will be the face of the fair and she will participate in parades and county functions, as well as speaking at community engagements, schools and clubs in an aid to promote the upcoming Waukesha County Fair.

This will be Sarah’s eighth year exhibiting projects at the Waukesha County Fair in the 4-H Forum, and has previously worked in the 4-H kitchen. Sarah has also performed on the Youth in Action Stage, engaging in clogging, music, drama, and demonstrations.
Sarah is currently attending Wisconsin Lutheran College and is pursuing a Communications major with Business minor.
Samantha has been showing 4-H projects at the Waukesha County Fair for the past seven years. Some of her exhibits include woodworking, photography, and scrap-booking. In previous years Samantha has worked in the 4-H Kitchen, Dairy Bar, as well as with the “Phantom Clovers” her 4-H Club.
Samantha will be attending the Milwaukee School of Engineering this coming fall and plans on pursuing a degree in electrical engineering.
Ella has been actively involved with the Waukesha County Fair for all of her life. In past years Ella has shown dairy cows and has submitted knitting and cooking projects as a Moriah 4-H club member.
Ella currently attends the University of Wisconsin – Whitewater where she is pursuing a degree in journalism.
This will be Erica’s tenth year entering her 4-H projects in the Waukesha County Fair and participating in events. She volunteers at the 4-H Kitchen and Dairy Bar, and enjoys taking in all that the fair has to offer. Erica currently attends UW-Madison and is pursuing a degree in Food Science.
