WAUKESHA – Bikers roaring into town for Saturday’s special edition of Freeman Friday Night Live commemorating Harley-Davidson’s 110th anniversary will be able to park their bikes along the Fox River.
Free parking for motorcycles only will be available at the Riverfront Plaza lot 1, the site of the Waukesha Farmers’ Market, accessible off Barstow Street or from Clinton and Broadway.
The Waukesha Downtown Business Association, the event’s organizers, have also announced some of the entertainers who will perform at the celebration, which runs from 6 p.m. to 9. p.m. Saturday. Jacob Warne will be at the Allô! Chocolat stage at 234 W. Main St.; Big Kenny Anderson & the All Stars will be at the Cuddles & Martha Merrell’s stage at 231 W. Main St.; Matthew Schroeder will be at the The Steaming Cup, Peoples Park & Almont Gallery stage at 340 W. Main St.; and Rick D’Amore will be at the Mia’s stage at 800 Clinton St.
A family-friendly atmosphere at the event means no open intoxicants allowed out on the closed streets, and no carrying in alcohol.
